The product must remain unused, undamaged, and retain its original packaging and labels.
Not for personalised items or perishables.

Please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the item and let us know why you wish to return or exchange the item.
We will provide you with a return address and instructions. You are responsible for the cost of return postage, unless there is a quality issue with the item.
Once the returned item arrives, we will inspect it and process a refund or exchange.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed upon return of the item and confirmed to be undamaged, usually within 14 days to the original payment account.
If there is a quality problem with the item, the return postage will be borne by us.
4. Returns and exchanges are not applicable
Returns and exchanges cannot be made in the following cases:

The item has been used or damaged.
The item has exceeded the return period (14 days).
Personalised or perishable items.
